can the focal length of thin convex lens be equal to its radius of curvetur?

yes it is possible 
as you know the lens makers formula 1/f=[\mu2/\mu1-1][1/r1-1/r​​2]
from this formula you may get the condition that focal length and radius of curvature are equal
and those conditions are
take \mu2=1.5  (which is the refractive index if a glass)
and \mu1=1   (which is the refractive index of air)
then take the concave lens of equal radius of curvatures.
Thus you will get a lens of equal radius of curvature and focal length.
