yes, For constant acceleration
        when the intial velocity of any object is 2m/s and the the intial accl can also be 2 m/s2 .

Yes because initial means start, and start can be from zero. You can consider it for yourself that if you start from zero, your initial velocity and acceleration will be definitely equal
