no , You cant . Because In the satelite is no g force. (caution : there is Gravity in space ) .All satelites are Freely Falling towards earth due to which in their frame of reference , inside them there will be equal and opposite force of Gravity due to which everything will be weigtless . There will be no Restoring force for the pendulum .
