Let the tension in the string attached to B be T. Then the tendion in the string attached to A is 2T.
Let the acceleration of block A is a upwards,  and that of block B is a/2 downwards.
For motion of block A :
2Ma = 2T - 2Mgsin\theta   ........  (1)
For motion of block B :
Ma/2 = Mg - 2T  ........  (2)
Now, (1) + (2)
2Ma + Ma/2 = Mg - 2Mgsin\theta
=> 5Ma/2 = Mg(1-2sin\theta)
=> \frac{a}{2} = \frac{g(1-2sin\theta)}{5}
So, the acceleration of block B is  \frac{a}{2} = \frac{g(1-2sin\theta)}{5}
And the acceleration of block A is a = \frac{2g(1-2sin\theta)}{5}.
