In SHM maximum velocity is given by ,vmax= omega.amplitude 
vmax=100 . 6  = 600m/s
so K.Emax= ½.1.600.600 = 180000J

As y is in cm.
Hence vwlocity should be 6 m/sec or 600 cm/sec.
Hence 
K.E. = ½ * 1 * 6* 6 = 18 J
