Any difference between young's modulus and yield strength ??

They are completely different from each other. Youngs modulus is the measure of elasticity while yield strength is the measure of load for which the material starts flowing in the action of external force.
Youngs modulus is ratio of stress and strain while the yield stress is just the stress.
Youngs modulus is defined for material regardless of yielding occurs or not.
