As the particle is taken slowly means its speed will be constant throughout means work done by both the forces is zero so its kinetics energy change is zeroNow if we neglect gravity as mass is not given change in potential energy is also zeroSo the answer Will be zero only if no gravity consideredBut is gravity considered you have to give coordinates of pointIf you still have doubt feel free to ask
