Total Work done = work done in lifting  +  work done in throwing the stone
                           = (200/1000) * 10 * (150/100) +  0.5* (200/1000) * 3*3
                           = 3.9 Joule.
1 Horse Power = 746 Joule
Then for 3.9 Joule it would be => 5.22788 x 10^-3 HP.
