An office window is 3.43 m by 2.08 m. As a result of the passage of a storm, the outside air pressure drops to 0.962 atm, but inside the pressure is held at 1.00 atm. What net force pushes out on the window?

The net force that pushes out on the window is equal to the difference in the force due to the pressure inside the window and force due to the outside air pressure. Force exerted to window is equal to the difference in the pressure times the area of the window.
