1) when horizontal no force applied hence no frictional force frictional force=0
2) when theta less than r, no slipping means no force here also frictional force=0
3) when theta=r then frictional force=static coefficient *mgcosr
4)when starts slipping then frictional force=kinetic coefficient*mgcosr
