An electron moving along the X axis has a position given by X=16te^(-1) m, where the is time in seconds how far is it when it stops from origin.

the velocity should be zero at the time t.
Therfore,
dX/dt = e^-t(1-t) = 0
t=1 seconds.
at t = 1 second it would stop.
Therfore, the distance it coveres => 16/e meter.
