correct option is (a) 3000N

convert speed into m/s

at the top of the circle Fc = T+mg

mv2/r = T + mg

T = mv2 /r - mg

= 75*1002 / 200 -75*10

T= 3000N

T = 300 kg - wt

Hence option D is correct.
