suppose acceleration of the 5 kg block ‘a’ the acceleration of the 10 Kg block will be ‘2a’. if the tension in 5Kg string is T then in 10Kg block tension will be 2T :
so applying the Newton,s law on 5Kg block:

 T –  5gsin30   =  5a............................................................................................................(1)

applying the Newton,s law on 10Kg block:

10g  – 2T  =  10a  ..................................................................................................................(2)

solving equation (1) and (2)
15a   =  5g
a  =  g/3 = 3.3 m/s-2

Force due to gravity on any mass ‘M’ is always Mg.

so gravitational force on 5kg block will be 5g = 5x10 = 50 newton
