The rotational inertia of our body will be least about the axis passing through the center of mass, running through the body from the feet to the head. This can be seen from the fact that the mass of the body will be near to the axis and lowers the rotational inertia relatively.
The rotational inertia of the body will be greatest about the axis passing through the axis of rotation and perpendicular to the point where center of mass of the body is located. This can be seen from the fact that the mass of the body is also located far away from the axis of rotation and increases the rotational inertia relatively.
