first consider  small element of length dx at a distance x from the top
now considering the top of the table as the point of 0 potential energy calculate the potential energy of the element as \tfrac{(mdx)xg}{l}
where m is the mass & l is the length 
inegrate from l/3 to l this gives u chnge in potentil energy which is equal to kinetic energy
equate \frac{1mv^2}{2} now dding values calculte the value of v this will give u the answer
