Using
S = ut + ½ * g* t²
20 = 0 + ½ * 10 * t²
t² = 40/10 = 4
t = 2 sec.

You can solve by use of equation of motion.
S = ut + ½gt2
20 = 0 + 5t2
t = 2 sec
v2 = u2 + 2gs
v2 = 0+ 2*10*20
v = 20m/s.
