The correct option is (C) 0.90c.
A spaceship is moving at 0.90c away from the Earth. In accordance to the special theory of relativity, the speed of the Earth, as measured by the spaceship will be equal to the relative speed of the spaceship which is away from the Earth. As the spaceship is moving at 0.90c away from the Earth, therefore the speed of the Earth, as measured by the space ship will be equal to 0.90c. From the above observation we conclude that, option (C) is correct.
