option no c will turn out to be the correct option . 
apply the radius of curvature of trajectory formula , and solve it , the formula is mentioned in the ncert motion in a plane chapter . 
if able to solve , then solve and if not getting R/2 as answer then , let me know . 
u have asked it in 4 option so, i told u abt the correct option only .
