You are given with 1st two displacements.... draw the diagram with 2km east and then make an angle of 37° with x axis in clockwise sense and extend a line of 5km on it..... now u are given the final displacement as 6km towards east.... plot this in the same diagram join all the marked pts and u get a triangle formed..... use sin37° = 3/5 and u get the third displacement which is 3km towards North.Hope it helps!!!!!
