Since you have not given the length of the rod ,lets take it for now as “L”
as we know-
change in length=alpha*L*change in temperature
alpha=0.19/(100*L)
alpha=0.0019/L
as coefficient if cubical expansion=gamma=3*alpha
gamma=3*0.0019/L
gamma=(0.0057/L)
 
Now if you now the length please put its value and find the value of gamma

alpha=0.19/100*L
Gamma =3 alpha
               = 0.19*3/100*L
               = 0.0057/100(since mentioned                          metre scale)
               = 5.7 * 10^-5 /°C
