Mass of A=10000kg
Mass of B=10000kg .   ............A and B are identical
Due to same mass, after collision their velocities will be exchanged.
Hence velocity of B after collision is 5m/s
K.E of B =1/2mvsquare =1/2*10000*5*5
               =125000J
When strike to spring K.E converted to P.

Hence 125000=1/2KXsquare .      (K=2)
Put value and answer is yours
