Dear student,

The motion relative to the bus would only have different horizontal component.
The horizontal component of projectile’s velocity is 5m/s.

For bus moving with speed 10m/s in the same direction, the projectile would seem to be thrown backwards. Fo bus moving with speed 5m/s in same direction, the projectile would seem to move vertically upwards and downwards. For rest, the projectile would move forward only with varying ranges.
