Given:
Time(t)= 150 s , distance (s)=1.5km= 1500m
Vb=15
Velocity (V)=distance /time = 1500/150= 10m/s
Vs= velocity of scooter,  Vb=velocity of pickup
V = Vs-Vb         
10= Vs-15
10+15 = Vs
25=Vs
Vs=25m/s
