Maximum acceleration on the SHM exibiting particle is
a_{max} = A\omega^2 = 4\pi^2A/T^2
given A = 0.1m and T = 0.1sec
a_{max} = 40\pi^2 \approx 400m/s^2
F_{max} = ma_{max} \approx 4N

Dear student,
Please find the solution to your problem.

We know in SHM
amax = w2A = (4π2/T2)A
Now, Fmax = mamax = 0.01 x (4π2/0.12) x 0.1
                                = 0.4π2
                                          = 3.944 N

Thanks and regards,
Kushagra
