Dear student,

Potential at x=0 isU_1=0J
Potential at x=2 isU_2=2^2J-3(2)J=-2J

From conservation of energy, loss in potential energy=gain in kinetic energy
Since initally kinetic energy is zero,

final kinetic energy=2J
