The magnitude of velocity remains constant in uniform circular motion. Again if we add the two vectors using the vectors law of addition we will get the velocity as v(in magnitude). ∆v=√(v²+v²-2v²cos(π-60)) = vI hope with this I have been able to clear your doubt.
