The equation is s = ut + 1/2 a t²
and fortunately u = 12.5m/s and a = -5m/s^2 so it simplifies to
s = 12.5t -5/2 t^2
at t=2 then s= 15
at t=3 then s=15
so in the third second (from t=2 to t=3) it covers 0 metres
