While going in the direction flow speed is v+u (For relative velocity to be u)
​While going against the flow, speed is v-u
Let distance one side be x
​Time taken to travel with direction of flow= x/v+u
​Time taken to travel against flow = x/v-u
Avg speed = Total distance by total time
substitute to get answer.
