Accelrating forward
Now basically when things fall in place with u(in this case the coin falls back to same position )
then u have same horizontal velocity as that of the object.
if there is any difference in horizontal velocity then the things fall apart

now coming back to ur question at the time of tossing of coin both ur hand and coin were moving in the train thus they had same horizontal velocities in the start. Now if then coin has to fall back then your horizontal velocity should be greater than the initial velocity or the velocity of coin.which is only possible if after tossing the coin you acclerate in forward direction .
