Well the above answer is wrong the moment of inertia will be 
1/2m(r1^2 + r2^2)         where  r1=r , r2=2r 
So MOI is 5/2mr^2

Since it's a hollow sphere so rings moment of inertia will be considered so moi is m[r1^2+r2^2] 
Now r1=R and r2=2R put these values in kinetic energy formula
