A flag is mounted on a car moving northward at a speed of 20 km/hr. Strong winds are flowing towards east at a speed of 20 km/hr. In which direction will the flag point?

Due to car moving northward, the flag will point towards south. But the wind flowing will also take the flag along its direction. Hence the two vectors will add and give a resultant towards South-East.
