When the porter is quickly led around the corner, the direction of the angular momentum vector of flywheel is changed. The porter must apply the torque to account for the change in the direction of the angular momentum vector which must be in accordance with .235-280_1.PNG

If the porter does not apply the torque in the direction of change in angular momentum of flywheel, the suitcase will fall out of balance.
