As mentioned in the question, the disc is attached to the rectangle
Then we will find the moment of inertia about the square.
As we know that
Moment of  Inertia of disc about its diameter= ¼ MR2
Moment of  Inertia of square about its diameter = 4/3 MR2
Then the required Moment of  Inertia = 19/12 MR2
