Water density is 1000 kg/m^3 
so 0.2m x 0.2 m x D * 1000 kg/m^3 = 6.4 kgf, where D is depth of immersion. Solve for D 

D = 6.4kg/(1000x 0.2x 0.2) = 0.16 m
