Centre of mass of a body lies towards region of heavier mass.
So if bat is cut through its centre of mass, both part are not of equal masses.

But when We take centre of mass the close to heaviar part then light part also get more part of bat that means mass increase 
I both are equal  .

Bro As the centre of mass lies towards the hevier mass hence jiska distance km hga centre of mass s uski trf heavier mass h (formule s clear h) to jb tm use wha s kaatoge

To aap dkh skte ho ki grip waale hisse ki center of mass s doori kitni jyada h(its length) to originally uska mass km hi rha hga . nichevwaale portion ka contribution jyada h kuki uska rsdius(distancr from centre of mass)
