The magnitude of frictional force between the objects is equal to the product of the coefficient of friction between them and the normal force.
For the same value of static coefficient, the magnitude of force of friction between the shoe of the person and the ground is less relative to that between the crate and ground.
This can be seen from the fact that the magnitude of the normal force for crate is larger than the magnitude of normal force for person.
Therefore one can conclude that it will be difficult for the person to move the crate if the weight of crate is relatively larger.
