Work is done only by tangential forces as coin is having only tangential velocity,it doesn't have radical velocity. Work done by friction (component towards tangent) is positive as it is in same direction as of velocity. So A,B,D are correct options. 
C) net friction force on system (disc +coin)=0 so no power is delivered.
