A closed tank contains seawater up to 11.0 m high and air above water at a pressure of 3.00 atm. The water flows from a small hole at the bottom. Calculate the flow rate of water. Consider the area of the cross section of the tank much larger than that of the cross section of the hole.
The density of sea water is 1030 Kg / m3 and the acceleration of gravity g = 9,80 m / s2.

Use Bernoulli's theorem,
3+ 1030*9.8*11 +0= (3+ 1030*9.8*11) +0 + 1030*v²/2
Solve this and you will easily get v, which is the required answer.
