A car is travelling equal distances without changing its direction means the sign of velocity will not be changed
avg velocity=total displacement/total time
60+20+10/3=30km/h

let equal distance is x then
avg velocity=total displacement/total time
 = 3x/(x/60 + x/20 + x/10) = 18km/h
