A body of mass 500g is tied to a string of length 1m is now revolving in a vertical circle with a constant speed. Find the minimum speed at which there will not be any slack in the string (g=10m/s²)

for perfect no slack there is no speed
as at vertically upwards all the forces are downwards so for a second thee will be slack in the string but after that it tightens

we can do it by work energy therom
 total potential energy=total kinetic energy
            m g h    =1\2 mv²
             v  =√2gh
!            v =√ 20 ×2
             v = 2√10 m /s²
