u=10m/s , v = -2m/s (since body starts moving in opposite direction), t = 4 sec.
Acc to newton’s equations,
v = u + at
a = (v – u)/t
   = (-2-10)/4
   = -3 m/s2  (-ve sign denotes that force is in opposite direction to the direction of motion)
