since the train is moving with accn .the frame of train is non inertial solve the question according to train frame .take the pseudo force ma opposite to the direction of adue to pseudo force it moves towards left.
let the tension be T
mg=Tcosθ
ma=Tsinθ
divide the eqn
tanθ=a/g
θ=tan^-1(a/g)
