If we draw fbd of block then there are 4 forces acting on it
1)gravity (weight) 
2)friction
3)Normal reaction of ground
4)psuedo force due to acclerating cart
Weight of bolck=mg=50
Normal reaction=50
We know that psuedo force acts in the direction opposite to direction of motion of accelerating body
Thus, here psuedo force=20N
Thus 10=friction bet block and compartment

10=u50
u=0.2
