Since u have asked twice i writing here again,
 
change in momentum is -7.5m/s.
Therfore the impulse that is J = -7.5
J = -Fdt
7.5 = F * 10 * 10^-3
F = 750 N.
that is Normal force actually exerted at the timme of contact.
Gence at that time,
N = mg (as simple)
10m = 750 
m = 75 kg.
