taking friction cofficient between the horizontal surface and pole to be `u` 
 
since there is equilibrium condition in the question hence rotational and linear equlibrium equations will be required 
 
by linear equilibrium
mg=n
n is normal reaction between horizontal surface and pole
 
friction = un
 
by rotaional equilibrium 
about pt of contact of pole and vertical surface
 
using formula torque= r x f 
 
2.5 * mg * sin 53 = 5 * umg * sin37
 
solve above equation and get u 
 
put in friction = un where n is normal reaction which in turn is = mg
