According to question
Magnetic Flux   = 1 Wb.m^2
velocity = 12.5 m/sec
Thus   induced emf = rate of change of magnetic flux 
                                = magnetic flux * Area
                                = 1 * 12.5 /1
                                = 12.5 Wb
