We can do this question according to it’s ooption.First we can calculate the limiting values of tension that are at the bottom of circle and top of circle because the value of lies between these two values for whole journey.let’s calculate at bottom that is 
    T -Mg =Mv ^{2}/r,here M=2 kg, V=4m/s and r=1m. We had written this equation as tension and Mg both by adding vectorialy provide centripetal acceleration .Solving and putting values we get T=52N.and we know this is the maximum value and this can’t be attainned anywhere in the journey any Where .So option B is correct
