Approach the problem by resolving the forces in x and y direction. Then find the resultant in each axis. Then calculate the resultant force magnitude and then finally calculate the angle theta made.
F_{1}->F_{1x}=600\left ( cos30 \right )=519.615, F_{1y}=600\left ( sin30 \right )=300 \\F_{2}->F_{2x}=- 400\left ( cos45 \right )=-282.84, F_{1y}=400\left ( sin45 \right )=282.84 \\ \\F_{resultant-x}=519.615-282.84 = 236.775 \\F_{resultant-y}=300+282.84 = 582.84 \\F_{resultant}=\sqrt{236.775^{2}+582.84^{2}} = 629.1N \\ \\\theta =tan^{-1}(\frac{582.84}{236.775})=67.84
