2 objects A & B are thrown upwards simultaneously with same speed . mass of A > mass of B .suppose air exerts constant and equal force of resistance on both then which will go higher and why?

Ofcourse Mass A will go higher . You can think of like this , A and B both are accelerating due gravity 9.8 m/s^2 downward . 

Acceleration Due to resistance = \frac{F}{m}

since both force on both of them is equal but they have different masses . 
aB  (Since mA>mB

So A is facing less Resistance Acceleration So it will go higher .
