The forces on body are 32 N (opposing) and 3t2 ( in same dirn) along with ma ( driving force )

so, 32 = 3t2 + ma

32 = 3t2 + 10a

also V = u + at

at t = 5 from, both equations

V = 10 + (-4.3)*5

   = -11.5 m/sec

It looks like body is decelerating, so it comes to rest after some if 32N is opposing force even before 5 seconds
